Sometimes our perspectives and habits prevent us from living our best lives and achieving our goals. Use these 3 truths to reset your perspectives and break limiting beliefs as you set your goals

  1. We underestimate what we can achieve in 10 years and overestimate what we can achieve in 1 year. Don’t create a shopping list of goals to achieve.  You can certainly achieve your craziest dreams in 10 years so start working on them now.
  2. We unlock our greatness by doing hard things and not by crossing a finish line. Remember the “man in the arena” whose head is bloody but keeps daring greatly. Your greatness is in your journey, forget the critics, and don’t set the bar too low.
  3. We undermine our efforts when we feel unworthy of the goals we set for ourselves. You deserve every goal that your heart seeks. You were courageous enough to dream. Follow that courage. Lift your head high and pursue the dream. Don’t doubt yourself.
